Jeff Chan
Jeff has the experience and ability to work with leaders in a stressful and complex situation and bring alignment and direction to leadership teams and organizations. He has been helping leaders for more than 25 years and is honored to be their trusted advisor as they wrestle with the many challenges of leading their organizations. Prior to starting Chan Management Consulting in 2006, Jeff held senior-level roles in Organizational Development, Human Resources, and General Management for companies such as Amoco Corporation and Amoco Chemical, Hewitt Associates, Spiegel, Sears Roebuck and British Petroleum.

A sought-after speaker and organizational transformation expert, Jeff is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin School of Business Executive Education program.
Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University’s College of Education and his M.A. degree from Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
Jeff is married with 6 children who require every bit of his organizational development skills. In the little spare time he has, he enjoys golf, snowboarding and fly-fishing.

Laurie Chan
Laurie is an IPEC certified executive coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. She also has her certification in CORE Dynamics leadership. Laurie uses her intuitive abilities to come along side leaders allowing them the space to be themselves to see their potential and addressing what might be blocking them from being their best and full selves. Laurie has the ability to connect quickly with leaders and partner with them to help them grow and
Laurie is married (to Jeff) with six children which requires all of her coaching expertise. Laurie received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Michigan State University.

Joe Kilbride
Joe is a leading expert in use of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence as a framework for organizational assessment, and has helped numerous organizations in the business, healthcare, education, non-profit and government sectors use the Criteria to accelerate their journey from good to great.
He is a member of the panel of Judges for the Lincoln Foundation of Performance Excellence, which administers Illinois’ recognition program modeled after the Baldrige Award. Joe received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Benedictine University. Before becoming an external consultant in 1990, Joe held positions with Rockwell International and Johnson & Johnson.

Gary Ross
Gary is also a corporate trainer, working with internal communication professionals and mid- and senior level executives on change communications and strategic thinking concepts and processes.
Prior to his consulting, coaching and training work, Gary led communications departments at CDW, Hyatt Hotels, and Fortune Brands. Before joining the corporate communications profession, he worked as a reporter and anchor for WCBD-TV in Charleston, SC, where he was nominated for an Emmy Award in investigative journalism, traveled overseas with the U.S. military and reported from the eye of Category Four Hurricane Hugo.
Gary has been interviewed on several communications podcasts and has spoken on communications and change for such organizations as the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Network, PRWeek (UK), Public Relations Society of America, Federal Communicators Network, Northwestern University, University of Georgia, DePaul University and the Great Place to Work Institute (authors of FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list).
Gary is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the International Association of Business Communicators and the Association of Change Management Professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University.
