Lisa Padden is an organization effectiveness consultant based in Chicago. She is a former Fortune 500 Organization Development / Human Resources executive who spent her corporate career helping organizations, teams, and individuals be more effective. She has worked in multiple industries with global reach, including manufacturing, energy, technology, wholesale distribution, and healthcare. Former employers include BP Amoco, Gateway, and United Stationers/Essendant.
Lisa partners with organizations on a variety of programs, including culture alignment, employee engagement strategies, leadership development, succession planning, and building human resources capability.
Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina, and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. She has also earned a certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
