Prior to joining Chan Management Consulting, James served in senior regional and global roles leading organizational change, internal communication, and employee engagement for companies such as Kerry Group, Cox Automotive, and Hewitt Associates, and as a senior change consultant for companies such as Edward Jones, Tropicana Beverage Group, Mercedes-Benz, and Microsoft.

James is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and has served as an adjunct professor of business, communications and organizational change management at Rockford University and his alma mater, Dominican University.
